Callao Cave. A cave with seven chambers located on the Province of Cagayan in thePhilippines. It is one of the best known tourist attractions of the province. It is located in Barangays Bagabba and Quibal, Peñablanca, near Tuguegarao, the capital town of the Province of Cagayan.
It has a natural cathedral located at the first chamber, which was turned into a chapel by the local people. The conditions inside the cave cause stalactites and stalagmites particularly in the deeper chambers.
Every chamber has natural crevices, which let light get into the cave, serving as illumination for the otherwise dark areas of the place.

Our Lady of Piat Church. Piat church is located not far from Tuguegarao City. The icon is said to have miraculous and healing powers. As such, it has become one of the various pilgrim sites in the country for devotees of the Virgin Mary. The ideal time to visit is on the first Sunday of the month.

Lalloc - Nueva Segovia. Lalloc was named Nueva Segovia by Juan Pablo Carreon in 1581 and was visited by Juan Salcedo in 1572 and Luis Perez Dasmariñas in 1592. The Parish Church of Lallo was constructed under the direction and supervision of the Dominican Friars in 1588. Lalloc was the seat of Nueva Segovia created by Pope Clement VIII on August 14,1595 and continued to be so up to 1755 when it was transferred to Vigan.

Magapit Suspension Bridge. This suspension bridge is a Marvelous Beauty. Built sometime in the late '70s, Magapit Suspension Bridge is one of the 2 bridges that span the mighty Cagayan River in the province of Cagayan and is the most important bridge on this side of the country. It is the only bridge that connects the east and west coastal districts of the northern strip of Cagayan.

Paraiso ni Anton. Paraiso ni Anton is a natural attraction for motorists cruising along the Ilocos Norte-Cagayan route. "Motorists would always bring along either empty bottles of mineral water, tin cans and even plastic pale and fill them up with cool waters from the falls on the belief that their illness would be healed,"

Patapat Viaduct. It's just a few minutes away from Saud Beach and the place is very scenic. This is actually the edge of the Philippines in the northwestern hemisphere and the only connection from Ilocos to Cagayan. Buses going to Isabela and Apari take this route. Some say you can actually see the taiwan coastline from there. But it's true you can tune in to local taiwan frequency channels in that area.

Sinking Bell Tower. One of the largest and the tallest bell towers in the country, the Laoag City Bell Tower stands mightily at 45 meters high. The tower was constructed upon the orders of the Agustinian friars hundreds of years ago. Just like the bell tower of Jaro, Iloilo, the Laoag Bell Sinking Bell tower is a bit far from the church.

We went to MW just to have a dinner @Le Jardin (their open-air restaurant that overlooks a garden). Seeing the place made me feel soo sad.. Why? because when we got there, it is already dark! I wasn't able to appreciate the beauty of the mountains, the forest, the garden, the sunset and the most important one... i wasn't able to take pictures of the whole place because its already dark outside, we should have got there on an earlier time. But it's ok, because their food really taste great and a pianist would serenade you while you were eating. The eternity pool is really inviting.. making me say that "i should go back here to swim!"

LaJardin is an ideal restaurant for Valentines Day or Anniversaries if you want to impress your partner. The place is so Romantic♥♥♥

I love tea/milk tea.. it makes me SMILE ☺ Milk Tea is a beverage originating from Hong Kong. It's the current craze in MNL right now.. the sudden rise in the popularity of milk tea in the country is really surprising!!! Gosh, there are a lot of milk tea stores popping up around the metro.. there's Happy Lemon, Serenitea, Bubble Tea, ChaTime, Er Sao, Moonleaf, ZenTea, Gong Cha etc,. I haven't been to the other stores yet but the two that I've frequented are Happy Lemon and Serenitea - Always on long queue but its worth the wait☺

Happy Lemon - try their Cocoa Rock Salt and Cheese.. but wait... there is a proper way of drinking it.. #Don't stir and don't use a straw. Period. #Drink it directly from the cup and.. ENJOY!!! Happy You!!!

Finally, my favorite ShareTea in HK is now in Wilson.

Making a milk tea is very simple.. it is just a mix of hot/cold water, black tea w/ evaporated milk or condensed milk. What I like about these milk tea stores is that they had so many other kinds of tea mixtures as well as juice and tea combinations to choose from. Happy Drinking!☺

My intro dive at Planet Dive Anilao, Batangas was a blast!

I would like to thank Kit Acenas for inviting us.

I'm thankful that I did give it a shot, for if not I would have not experienced floating with all those schools of colorful fish. We were bale to see what lies under our oceans and how colorful our coral reefs are! The dive went really great!

I love diving! What fascinates me so much is how you just enter a very different world which seems to be just waiting to be explored.
The beauty of the underworld, the adventure of what I may see down there.. the relaxation from being in a weightless environment... I love that wonderful weightless feeling :)

Arabela is a small 20–seat cafe with a great feel. Serving pizza, pasta, sandwiches, coffee, pastries, tacos, grilled fish, steak and other cafe fare.

I've been here just once and i must say that if I'll be able to pass by Liliw again, i would definitely go back to this place. Considering its a small cafe, the food is excellent!

Im blogging about this foodie secret in Laguna because Spaghetti alle Vongole is my favourite pasta dish of all time.. until now i still can't forget the taste of their Vongole Pasta (pretty cheap and really good!) #nomnomnomnom

Their pizza tastes like Greenwhich pizza but 10x yummier! Try also their bread pudding also one of the best sellers.

Take your time and climb at your own pace.

Be familiar with the goal of each position, it will be easier to transition (move) from one position to another.

When feeling strains in your arms, wiggle a free hand upward with a couple of shakes then lower the same arm and do another set of shakes. This releases the lactic acid formation on strained muscles thus rendering your arm usable for the rest of the way up. Repeat the procedure with your other arm.

Remember, in climbing, you are not competing with other people but you are actually competing with yourself!

A Trip to Whiterock Beach Resort

Located @ Bo. Matain, Subic, Zambales just 8 minutes away from SBMA and 2 hours drive from Balintawak toll plaza.

I really had a great time staying at Whiterock Hotel-Resort and it is also a pleasure working with Living Asia(former LakbayTV). Thanks to my good friend Jackie Christian Lorenzana.

Whiterock Beach Resort for me is define as a perfect getaway for families or larger groups (it is boasts with complete resort amenities) who are looking for a beach that is not far away from Manila. I am recommending this one.
It is virtually Tsunami-free bec it is bounded by beautiful mountains so you can free your mind from worries and simply concentrate on having a great time.

Whiterock's beach sand is so fine and softy, its color is not so white but not so gray. This is what i love about this beach... its "sand" (maraming beach resorts sa subic na mabato). As i've heard the history of this resort, its sand is made out of lahar or volcanic ash due to the last explosion of mount pinatubo, Whiterock were among those that were greatly affected. The whole place was buried in lahar. Accdng to the Chairman of Whiterock.... "Through sheer determination, we survived making the lahar part of the attraction by incorporating it within our existing beach. We actually transported tons from nearby Mt. Pinatubo allowing for a bigger expanse of sandy beach,” he said.

Boredom is out of the question... Lazy afternoons may be spent at the playground with the children or take a relaxing siesta on a hammock in one of the resort’s Mediterranean-style cabanas or in its verdant garden.

Choose your day's activity with the resort's recreational facilities--jet skiing, kayaking, island hopping, snorkeling, or go riding on a banana boat or on a traditional banca (boat). You can also try improving your swing at the resort's driving range or try scoring a strike at the bowling lanes. We're supposed to do parasailing, flyfish, ktv, sanctuario spa and even try their gym but i already have a scheduled work the next day so have to leave after dinner :(

Rooms - i suggest the beach front rooms. Prices ranging from 5k-10k per day depends on how many people. Their rooms and bathrooms are very clean. I've read some comments regarding the resort's old rooms(deluxe room). I've seen it and i also stayed there and I did'nt have any bad experience. But its rate is a bit lower than the new ones.

How to get there...

By Land: Via North Expressway, exit San Fernando northward to Subic Toll way, exit Kalaklan Gate. Left until you reach km post 134 and White Rock signpost.

By Sea: Daily ferry trips from CCP Complex to Orion, Bataan and short land drive via Dinalupihan to Subic Bay Tollway.

Chicken feet anyone? When i'm craving for chicken feet there's only one place for me... "Han Pao Teahouse" located @ 312 Sunshine Square Shaw Blvd., Mandaluyong City. I have tried most of the Chinese Restaurants in Manila searching for the best chicken feet, and Han Pao's chicken feet is still the best in my opinion. This place has the best chicken feet around.

Do you eat chicken feet? Maybe some would say... ewww! yuck! paa!!! addidas!!! or someone might ask... do u also eat the nails?

If you love eating chicken feet, then you must be a good french kisser coz eating chicken feet is like learning to tango with your tongue. It's not that easy to eat coz you have to master the technique on how to spit the bones clean .
